Marina del Rey for All: Market Sounding Survey

As part of the Marina del Rey for All initiative to create a more vibrant, equitable, accessible, and sustainable coastal destination, the Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors is exploring future opportunities for the long-term evolution and redevelopment of three Opportunity Sites within Marina del Rey.

To help inform this effort, the County is seeking input from experienced real estate developers and other qualified participants. Feedback gathered through this process will help the County better understand market perspectives, development opportunities, and potential public benefits that align with community priorities.

Responses must be submitted by email to MDRforAll@hraadvisors.com no later than June 30, 2026.
